For this Job:

• Seek new customers to continuously grow your book of business, including cold calling, emails, and using our advanced prospecting methods.
• You will primarily focus on increasing new business, revenue, and gross margin by aggressively and persuasively selling our logistics solutions to new customers to transport their freight.
• Utilize data insight and sales enablement tools to power charge your prospecting client activities for new business, including cold calling and networking, among other creative and persistent methods.
• Collaborate with internal operational teams to implement cost-efficient logistics solutions to grow new customer business.
• Use market insight and trends to offer cost-efficient logistics solutions to customers.
• Participate in new customer onboarding and success.
• Meet or exceed expected KPIs.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Prior sales experience in a 3PL or transportation industry.
• Strong negotiation skills packing a winning character with confidence and convincing power.
• Results-oriented individual motivated by performance compensation.
• Top-notch communicator with a solid ability to persuade, motivate and influence others.
